Blood Oath is a NA guild. 

We established on May 21st, 2001 AD on the lands of Norrath in the world Everquest, this was our First Crusade. Blood Oath is still in command by the original founder, Barghest.

Now a decade plus in age we ascend unto the lands of a wartorn Tyria in this, our Fifth crusade, and one of dire importance as Elder Dragons are coming out of hibernation and preparing to re-establish their power once again.

We have always been about the community and not the numbers bracket. We never cater to a set type of gamers. Whether hardcore, casual, raider, soloist, or any other, we dislike shunning passionate gamers, we dislike excluding them for reasons that define their unique play styles.

We do not turn away a mature and passionate fellow gamer. We garner all manner of player; why and how? It is quite simple really—this is not merely a Guild. It is a close knit Family that watches out for one another, helps each other and knows you by more than just a character moniker.

We, cannot stand by and witness the heresy propagated by a certain breed of guild nor absolve our lives of the sins we would bear. We, must stand against this tide, raise our weapons high and shout the battlecries of humanity.

Welcome to the Family sworn to a sacred Oath!

I solemnly swear this Oath is Binding,

What is good for the Guild is good for me.
I will act to strengthen the Guild.
I will never try to diminish from my Guildmates' enjoyment.
I will not steal from those whom have my back,
Nor pilfer their pockets or Storehouses.
I will not intentionally badger
Or offend my guild brethren.
I will bring any problems with my fellow guild members,
To the attention of my Officers or Grand Master,
And give them the chance to rectify the situation.
I will not summarily desert the Guild.
I will not abuse,
Nor take advantage of my guild's kindness.

I swear these things upon my Blood,
My honor,
And of my Family.
